Mr. Salazar has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to starting his own CPA and consulting firm at the age of 26, Mr. Salazar was the manager of the Denver office of Myers and Stauffer, a national certified public accounting firm specializing in state and federal Medicare and Medicaid health programs. He now has ownership interest in multiple healthcare companies and is routinely engaged in complex financial and operational matters. His focus has been on revenue enhancement and implementation of business and strategic plans. Mr. Salazar has extensive experience with the unique and complex operations of Bergen Regional Medical Center. 

Progressive Health Management has formed an alliance with two (2) New Jersey based nonprofit organizations dedicated to community-based behavioral health care services. Vantage Health System, Inc. and Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. have joined Progressive's Team to serve as the new manager of Bergen Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Deborah K. Zastocki is an accomplished administrator, nurse, teacher, and author. She joined the ranks of the only 25 other female hospital CEOs in New Jersey serving as President and CEO of Chilton Hospital for 11 years before retiring last year. Under her leadership, Chilton focused on making the hospital a work place of choice for staff, patients, and physicians. Ms. Zastocki earned her nursing degree from the University of Rhode Island and has a Master’s degree in both Nursing and Community Health from Columbia University. In 2008, she was among the first graduating class at UMDNJ to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.

Dr. Cowan has extensive experience in clinical performance improvement program design, care management program design, quality metrics design, and program implementation.  He has managed successful implementation of innovative national award-winning care management programs for 350,000 patients including opportunity identification based on risk and gaps in care at the individual patient level. He also led clinical performance improvement programs for a large hospital system that led to numerous “Top 100 Hospital” awards. Dr. Cowan has served as a Senior Medical Director for Aetna US and the National Medical Director for Aetna UK.

Mr. Rosamilia has worked for 35 years within the domain of Behavioral Health. He first worked as a full-time clinician (Licensed Professional Counselor) and then as an Administrator at St. Clare's Newton Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey. He has worked at BRMC since 2009 as the VP of Behavioral Health Services. His contributions include program development and expansion in chemical dependency services and BRMC’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) project on Shared Decision Making, an effort to more actively engage consumers in the direction of their behavioral healthcare. He also serves as a Board Member for the COPE Center, a non-profit behavioral health organization.

Ms. Richardson has worked in the Long Term Care industry for over 19 years.  She is a licensed nursing home administrator and is currently the VP/Administrator of the Long Term Care Division at BRMC, the largest nursing home in the state of New Jersey with 574 licensed beds.  Ms. Richardson joined BRMC in 1999 in the Therapeutic Recreation Department and was quickly promoted. Under her leadership, BRMC’s LTC Division was recognized by NJBIZ Healthcare Heroes as Nursing Home of the Year in 2012. Ms. Richardson has been awarded the 2016 NJ American College of Health Care Administrators Distinguished Administrator of the Year, 2013 NJBIZ’s Forty Under 40 and 2006 YWCA’s Tribute To Women and Industry awards.

Mr. Amitrano has more than 30 years of nursing experience in a hospital and ambulatory care setting. His area of specialization is in nephrology serving as Director of Medical/Surgical Nursing and Director of Nephrology Services at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. During his nine year tenure there he was responsible for the clinical and administrative operation of the largest dialysis unit in NJ, one of the five largest in the U.S. In 2012, Mr. Amitrano joined the administrative team at BRMC as Chief Nurse Executive, as well as VP of Acute and Ambulatory Services. As Chief Nurse Executive, he oversees the clinical operations across the organization which comprises the Long Term Care, Acute/Ambulatory and Behavioral Health divisions.

Dr. Dumay is a results-oriented physician executive with extensive experience in improving clinical operations.   He is a key member of the senior administration team and medical staff leadership that assists in formulation of policies affecting strategic direction and patient care.  Dr. Dumay leads clinical and quality initiatives that support the provision of consistent clinical performance and practice standards across all three divisions at BRMC. He has held multiple leadership positions and worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings. Now as Chief Medical Officer and VP for Quality Outcomes, Dr. Dumay provides senior level leadership and mentoring to all medical directors throughout the hospital.

Mr. Conroy worked at the New Jersey Department of Health for over 18 years. Most recently serving as Deputy Commissioner. In this capacity he oversaw the Department’s Charity Care Program and Health Care Stabilization Grant Program, responsible for nearly $1 billion dedicated to hospitals in the state of New Jersey. While at the Department, Mr. Conroy established the Office of Health Care Finance to supervise hospital programs, hospital financial reporting and early warning system. He managed the transfer of the Graduate Medical Education and Special Relief Fund from the Department of Human Services, Medical Assistance. Mr. Conroy also oversaw the health facility licensing, Certificate of Need, Inspection and Enforcement for over 2000 health care providers in New Jersey. Mr. Conroy earned his B.A. degree from Boston University and M.S. from Columbia University.
